Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Bart Company ("we") handles data in our internal advertising management platform (the "Platform").
What data we access
When you authorize the Platform through an advertising platform's OAuth flow, we receive an access token and can access only the information and actions covered by the permissions you approve. Depending on the integration and the permissions shown on its authorization screen, this may include advertising account details, campaigns, ads and reports, as well as TikTok profile or business account details, contact information, videos, and inbox messages. Please review the authorization screen before approving access. You can revoke authorization in the relevant platform settings.
How we use it
- To display reporting and spend statistics to the authorized team;
- To create and manage campaigns on the advertiser's instruction;
- To send conversion events to the platforms' official event APIs.
We do not sell, rent or share this data with third parties, and do not use it for any purpose other than operating the Platform.
Storage and security
Access tokens are stored encrypted on our own servers and are never exposed in the browser or in URLs. Access to the Platform is restricted to authorized team members.
Retention and revoking access
An advertiser can revoke the Platform's access at any time in the advertising platform's authorization settings. On request we delete stored tokens and related data within 30 days.
