These terms describe the internal software Bart Company uses to support its advertising operations.

Platform use

The Bart Company platform is internal software used by our own team to manage advertising accounts. Access is granted only to authorized team members.

Advertising platforms

The Platform works through the official APIs of advertising platforms and is intended to be used in accordance with their terms and policies. Users are responsible for the content of their advertising and for following each platform's advertising policies.

Authorization

The Platform acts only on accounts whose owners have explicitly authorized it. Authorization can be revoked at any time in the advertising platform's settings.

Availability and liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for decisions made by advertising platforms regarding accounts or ads.
